Rusty Wilson

Rusty has loved sports and fitness since he was a young kid.  He played numerous sports year-round as a kid and really became interested in exercise during football in high school.  Rusty has taken a unique path to working in the fitness industry.  He received his Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from the University of Arkansas, and then worked in accounting for a few years before deciding that he loved fitness too much to not be pursuing it as a career.  He then went back to school and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Central Arkansas.  Rusty loves CrossFit because of the community aspect, the competiveness, and the constant discovery of new forms of exercise.  Every day of CrossFit is a new and fun challenge.  

When he’s not working out, Rusty enjoys playing basketball, watching all kinds of sports, and spending time with his wife.  


Ben Barker

Ben is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, where he received a BS in Kinesiology. During his time at UCA Ben was a member of the track and field team, competing in the 100m dash, 200m dash, and 4x100m relay. Ben was introduced to CrossFit by a friend and fell in love with it. He loves the mixture of competition and community, where you sweat and hurt with others, and it pushes you further than you think you could go. It drives Ben to help others move more proficiently and accomplish tasks they believed impossible.
Aside from CrossFit, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife, Kimi, and their dog, Wrigley. Together they enjoy hiking, running, and going to the dog park.

Anna Bolte

Anna is from Omaha, Nebraska where her passion for fitness evolved at a young age by playing sports.  Although she loved the competitive nature of sports in high school, Anna found that Olympic weightlifting challenged her to push further than the barriers she thought she had.  While receiving a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition, Exercise and Health Sciences from the University of Nebraska, she ran a marathon because she missed the competition that sports gave her outside of her regular weight lifting.  Anna’s favorite part of coaching and training is teaching her clients correct movement that allows them to reach their own measure of success.  

Discovering CrossFit and applying its principles to both hers and her clients’ training has yielded not only exceptional physical benefits, but also mental flexibility that promotes focused discipline and leads to accomplishments that may have been outside their perceived abilities. Outside of CrossFit, Anna enjoys practicing and teaching yoga and cycling, spending time outside with her family, and she loves to cook whole food-inspired recipes!

Mike  Sowell

Michael Sowell has been working in athletics for over 15 years. He has participated in multiple sports including: rugby, track, and football.

Michael is currently a CrossFit coach at CrossFit Foxcroft.  He is a former collegiate athlete at Arkansas State University where he was a 4 year letterman on the football team.  As part of his football programming, Michael was trained with Olympic lifting.  This has given him a unique back ground that blends perfectly with Crossfit.  Michael enjoys being active  in Crossfit competitions, Tough Mudders and the Little Rock Marathon.  He is married to Paisley Sowell who is also a trainer at the Little Rock Athletic Clubs.

Robert Dycus

Robert is married to an awesome woman named Beth, and they share a dog named Abby! He has been doing CrossFit for three years and coaching for almost two years. Robert holds his CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification and is currently pursuing his Level 2. A competitive background in sports (football and baseball) drew him to CrossFit. Robert also coached high school football as the defensive backs/wide receivers coach. He loves staying active, whether it is in a CrossFit competition, or just hiking trails and mountains with Beth and his pup, Abby.


Danny Wilks

Danny is originally from Paris, AR. There, he found himself actively participating in every sport offered at his school, fueling his passion for competition. After spending  four years serving in the Air Force in Wyoming, he moved back to Arkansas with a deep interest in exercise. When he realized he could combine his love for fitness and his need for competition through CrossFit, he was hooked. Obtaining his CrossFit Level 1 Certification in 2013 was just a small step in his career of providing fitness instruction, as he intends to obtain various Olympic Weightlifting certifications throughout the next year. 

Danny is married to Danielle and has four large dogs that he spoils like human children. He is still currently on Active Duty for the Air Force with his full-time career at Little Rock, AFB.  When he is not in the gym, he enjoys hiking, rock-climbing, cliff jumping, and playing new sports.
